Creighton method: learn to read your cycle
The Creighton Model, also called the Creighton method, is a personalized educational program that teaches you to observe and record the biomarkers of your cycle. With that information you understand your phases of fertility and infertility, monitor your reproductive health and produce an informative chart for the care of a NaProTechnology consultant physician.

With this knowledge, every woman — and every couple — can make decisions about their fertility with real information: whether to try for a pregnancy or postpone it, according to the system's criteria and their own intention.
Every participant can start applying what they learn from the first month of sessions; learning progresses gradually through each session.
This knowledge helps you to
- Monitor your reproductive health.
- Make procreative decisions: you learn to reliably recognize which days in your cycles are fertile and which are not.
- Build a graphic record of your cycles that enables treatment based on NaProTECHNOLOGY® to restore your fertility health or achieve a pregnancy naturally.
The program includes
- 1 introductory session.
- 5 intensive basic sessions over 3 months.
- 3 follow-up sessions to confirm learning, one each quarter.
The Creighton Model is for you if…
- You are a woman of reproductive age who values her fertility and wants to learn to care for it.
- You're not satisfied with an "average" idea of how cycles work, and want to learn to interpret your own.
- You know your menstrual cycles have a positive influence on your emotional and physical health as a whole.
- You understand the fertile window lasts only a few days, so there's no point suppressing an entire cycle to avoid it.
- You have a reproductive issue and are looking for a diagnosis and treatment through NaProTECHNOLOGY®.
